Using Buddies, as a member, means the full and unconditional accession to the conditions below. Using Buddies, you accept these conditions.

  • Sécurité

Buddies Buddies done everything possible to provide a secure service. Nevertheless, we can’t guarantee absolute security. Using this application involves the following obligations :
- You do not publish or communicate on trade deals without our permission
- You will not get information concerning users without their permission.
- You do not access a connection to the account belonging to someone else
- You shall not disclose your password, you will not allow anyone else to use your account and make sure not to risk compromising the security of your account.
- You do not harass other users, nor insult or intimidate
- You do not publish information of propaganda or unlawful, hate, pornography, nudity, sexuality or violence.
- You will not use Buddies purposes of illegal activity, political, discriminatory, or malicious

  • Privacy

Each member guarantees to honor the accuracy of information provided.
Each Member undertakes to create a single account.
Each member has a right to amend the information provided.

  • Avatars

Avatars are accepted from the moment it is not pornographic, erotic or racist.

  • Messages

The use of messages should not be abused. Their use is prohibited :
- Send a message advertising that it relates to a commercial site or not
- Insulting, disrespectful to another member.

If you are a victim of insult or spam, thank you to forward the message to an administrator, indicating the member’s name. We ask you not to delete the message in question so that we can conduct an audit.

  • Penalty for breach of conditions

In case of non compliance with the Regulation, the following possible sanctions:
- Warning,
- Warning with temporary or permanent deactivation of the account and access the iPhone complained
