As British Cycling Ride Leaders we have planned and risk assessed routes that are friendly for adults and children which we will lead you through.

Soar Valley Cycles
Soar Valley Cycles is a business operated by Martin, and partnered with
b-buddies cycle training. It provides a complete cycle maintenance programme including servicing, repairs, maintenance classes and bike clinics.
Martin is not only a Cytech qualified cycle technician but also a cycle intstructor, coach and mountain bike instructor. With an understanding of all aspects of cycling he can assist you keeping your 2, 3 & 4 bike wheels rolling smoothly.

Leicester Women's Velo is a Cycling Club for the women of Leicester, Leicestershire and beyond, initiated by a group of Leicester Breeze Champions who were (and still are) passionate about encouraging more women onto bikes.

Leicester Cycle Circuit
The outdoor facility, which will be called Leicester Cycle Circuit, is being built on land at New College Leicester. It will provide a traffic-free place for cyclists of all ages and abilities to train and ride.

Charnwood Cycling Club
Want to improve your cycling and have fun? The community cycling club is open to bike riders aged five to 16. All abilities are welcome, all you need is a bike in good working order.
British cycling trained coaches deliver the club which aims to build upon the skills learnt during Bikeability and at after school bike clubs, as well as develop the skills of younger children who have just started riding.
Alongside developing the life skills of recreational cycling, the club will also offer an opportunity to develop cycle sport skills on a large traffic-free space at Charnwood College, Loughborough.
British cycling trained coaches deliver the club which aims to build upon the skills learnt during Bikeability and at after school bike clubs, as well as develop the skills of younger children who have just started riding.

Whether you want to ride for fun or fitness, this free monthly pop-up event gives you the chance to ride a traffic-free cycle circuit as many times as you want, at a pace that suits you.
The event is open to all ages and abilities and the circuit is easy to ride, with volunteers on hand throughout, ensuring peace of mind and safety for all cyclists.
For those wanting to take things up a gear, Local Ride Leaders and Breeze Champions will be there on the day to tell you more about other cycling opportunities in Leicester with HSBC UK Guided Rides and HSBC UK Breeze.

Leicester Wheels for all
Leicester Wheels for All is a not for profit charity that provides cycling events for all abilities and all ages in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We have a fleet of adapted bikes that allow people to experience the fun of cycling in a supported venue. Our aim is to enable the people that attend our events to have the confidence to start cycling or return to cycling but also gain the health benefits of cycling.

We’re closing the roads to traffic in Leicester and hosting a street festival for anyone on a bike.
Music, food and drink, fun and games, demos, giveaways, activities, challenges, face painting – it’s all happening.
It’s free to enter, you get to see your city in a different way and it’s a fun, active, family-friendly day out. You don’t have to go the 5k distance – just as much or as little as you want. And you don’t need to be an experienced cyclist – there are no cars on the road, you can wobble, zig-zag and stop as much as you like.
You just need to be up for some fun. Everyone’s invited – see you there!
